My name is Betsy Olmstead, and for years, I worked as a counselor and coach, armed with a Master's degree and a genuine love for helping people find their voice. I lived for the breakthroughs, the "aha!" moments, the real human connection.

In my other life as a design-obsessed creative, I realized my psychology background wasn't some weird detour; it was the key to strategic branding that actually works.
