Welcome to ohheymoxie.com (the "Site"), the online home of Hello, Moxie ("Hello, Moxie," "we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By accessing or using our Site, purchasing our services, or downloading our digital products, you (the "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site.

1. The "Don't Steal Our Stuff" Clause (Intellectual Property)

2. The "Rules of the Road" (Purchases & Payments)

We offer both custom creative services and digital products. The terms for each are different.

A. Custom Services (e.g., "Brand Spark," "Signature Moxie") All custom design services are governed by a separate, detailed Service Contract that will be provided to you before any project begins. That contract will outline the full scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment schedule. These website Terms of Service do not replace or supersede that specific project contract.

B. Digital Products (e.g., "Archetype Canva Kits") We offer digital products for sale. By purchasing a digital product, you agree to the following:

Final Sale: Due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Payment: We use Squarespace Payments as our exclusive third-party payment processor to handle all transactions. By purchasing, you agree to abide by the terms of service of this processor. You must provide current and accurate payment information.
Single-User License: Your purchase grants you one (1) single-user license for your personal or business use. This license is non-transferable.
Strict Prohibitions: You may not resell, share, redistribute, or use this template to create your own templates for sale. (We covered this in our chat—this is your key license protection!)

3. The "Play Nice" Clause (User Conduct)

You agree to use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Post spam or unauthorized commercial communications.
Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Site, its servers, or any user data.
Use any content from this Site for any commercial purpose without our permission.
